Who runs a session?
Your staff. The kit is designed to be run by the teachers and support staff already in the building — we train them at delivery. There is no VRCORE facilitator standing in your gym, and nothing in these prices assumes one.
Who moves the kit between schools?
Your team, on the rotation calendar we help you build. The kit is on a wheeled cart and moves the way any shared district resource moves between buildings.
What happens in year four?
You buy replacement equipment. We quote equipment on a three-year service life, so year four is a refresh at the equipment rate of the day. Your licence carries over — you are not re-buying the program.
Can the licence price go up at renewal?
The rate on this page is locked at the rate on the day you sign. Licence pricing is per headset, so it moves only if your fleet does.
What if we do not renew?
The headsets are yours. They were bought outright in year one and they are on your asset register, not ours.
What student data do you collect?
We do not collect student photos, medical notes, or consent forms, and there are no student accounts to create. We will send our data processing agreement and our privacy documentation for your review before you buy, not after.
How does this fit our insurance?
We carry commercial general liability and can name your board as an additional insured; a certificate of insurance is available on request. As with any new activity, your risk manager should confirm how it fits your existing coverage, and we will provide whatever documentation they ask for.
How are students supervised?
By your own staff, in one room, with the whole group in the same space and the same experience. We train the people who will run it when the kit is delivered.
Can we start smaller than a district rollout?
Yes. Ask about a single-school term before you commit the division. It is the fastest way to answer the questions this page cannot.
What currency are these prices in?
All district kit prices on this page are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and freight, which appear as their own lines on your quote.
